Elizabeth Aversa was appointed Professor and Director of the School of Library & Information Studies in 2003.  She served in those capacities until 2011 when she returned to full time teaching and research activities.  In 2012 she was appointed to the Marie Drolet Bristol-EBSCO Endowed Professorship in Library and Information Studies in the College of Communication and Information Sciences.
